Felha-Share Your Yawmiyat (hereinafter referred to as "Felha") places great importance on the protection of
user information. Before using Felha services, please be sure to read carefully and thoroughly understand this
statement. By choosing to use our services, you acknowledge and accept the existing content of this statement
and any potential updates.
The Felha Privacy Protection Statement is Felha's commitment to protecting user personal privacy while
providing services through this application. Given the nature of the internet, this application will
inevitably interact with you directly or indirectly. Therefore, we hereby clarify our policies regarding the
collection, use, and protection of user personal information. Please read carefully:
1. This statement applies only to the services provided by the Felha application and describes the circumstances
under which we collect and use user information.
2. This statement does not apply to services provided by other social organizations or individuals.
1. When you register as a user on Felha via Google, upon your consent and confirmation, this application will
request you to provide certain information through registration forms.
● Information collected: For example, Google nickname, avatar, gender, etc.
1. When you upload an avatar/post a monment,we will access your device's camera (camera, photo album)
permissions.
2. When you send an audio message, we will access your device's microphone permissions.
3. When you play music in the room, we will access your device’s file permissions so that you can play music
normally.
4. To provide core functionality, analyze product usage, optimize our services, and ensure operational
stability, we have integrated the Google Firebase platform. This platform may collect and process the
following types of anonymized or device-identified information:
• Device information: For example, your device model, operating system version, unique device identifier,
network information, and screen resolution.
• Usage data: Data about your interactions with the app, such as pages visited, features used, and session
duration. This data is collected as events through Firebase Analytics, helping us understand which features
are popular.
• Diagnostic data: When an app unexpectedly closes or experiences an error, Firebase Crashlytics automatically
collects relevant crash report information, including stack traces and device status (such as low memory), to
help us quickly locate and fix the issue.
• Advertising identifier: We may use your mobile advertising identifier (which can be reset through your device
settings) to analyze the effectiveness of your advertising campaigns through Firebase.
• Identity information (if using Firebase Authentication): If you create an account with this service, we will
collect your email address, mobile phone number, or necessary information provided by a third-party account
(such as a Google or Apple ID).
5. To provide you with core features such as real-time communication, we use Tencent Cloud Instant Messaging
(IM) services. When you use these features, we collect and process the information you actively submit, such
as:
• Your profile information (nickname, avatar);
• Chat messages you send (text, images, voice).
6. Please understand that without your consent and confirmation, this application will not use the information
you provide for other commercial purposes when you participate in this application's activities (except for
information used by this application to improve and enhance service quality). The provisions of Section 3.4
regarding disclosures required by government and law are not subject to this limitation.
7. If any issues arise due to the information you provide being untrue, you will bear the corresponding
consequences yourself.
1. By using the collected information, Felha is able to provide you with services within the application. This
information also helps Felha improve services and develop new ones.
2. Felha will treat this information with a high duty of diligence. Unless prior authorization is obtained from
you or otherwise stipulated in this statement, Felha will not disclose this information to the public or
provide it to any third party (including Felha affiliate companies).
3. Felha may cooperate with partners to provide you with the services you request or jointly display content
that may interest you. When such information is necessary for the service item, you agree that Felha may share
the necessary content information. Simultaneously, Felha will require partners to ensure the security of the
information and prohibit its use for any other purpose. Beyond this, Felha will not provide or share
information with any unrelated third parties.
• Google, as our data processor, uses information subject to its own privacy policy. We recommend that you read
Google's privacy policy to understand its data handling practices:https://policies.google.com/privacy
• We may optionally link data collected by Firebase Analytics with other Google services (such as Google Ads)
to deliver personalized ads and measure their effectiveness. You can opt out of personalized ads in your
device's system settings.
• Your communication data (chat history, etc.) will be processed and stored by Tencent Cloud to provide a
stable and reliable instant messaging service. We have signed a strict data processing agreement with Tencent
Cloud, requiring it to protect your data in accordance with this policy.
4. Felha may disclose your information under the following circumstances:
● Prior authorization has been obtained from you;
● Required by laws, regulations, legal processes, or competent government authorities;
● For academic research or public interest;
● To protect the legitimate rights and interests of Felha, such as discovering, preventing, and
handling issues related to fraud or security;
● As stipulated in the relevant service terms or agreements.
Third-Party SDKs and Partner Services
To enable specific features or improve service quality, Felha integrates certain third-party SDKs or
services, including but not limited to:

5. Legal Basis for Data Processing
We process your personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

• Necessity for the performance of a service contract with you;
• Necessity for compliance with legal or regulatory obligations;
• Necessity for our legitimate interests, such as ensuring platform security, anti-fraud, risk control,
troubleshooting, and service optimization.
When we process your data on the basis of “legitimate interests”, we will ensure that such processing does
not materially prejudice your legitimate rights and interests.
1. This application will strictly manage and protect the information you provide. We will use corresponding
technology to prevent your personal information from being lost, misused, or altered.
2. Data Storage and Cross‑Border Transfers
Felha uses third‑party services such as Google Firebase and Tencent Cloud for technical support.
Your data may be stored in data centers located in the following countries or regions:
• United States;
• Singapore;
• Germany;
• Other regional nodes provided by Tencent Cloud or Google.
Data protection laws vary by country or region. For cross‑border data transfers, we will implement
reasonable and necessary security measures, including but not limited to:
• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs);
• Data encryption;
• Access control;
• Data minimisation;
• Legitimate cross‑border transfer mechanisms.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your explicit authorisation and consent in advance.
3. To meet the needs of the era of professional division of labor, this application may, when necessary, entrust
professional technicians to perform computer processing of such information. If this application notifies you
of such computer processing and you do not actively and explicitly object within the period specified in the
notice, we will presume your consent. However, you may still request the cessation of computer processing
according to the provisions of Section 3.4 above.
4. Please do not transfer or lend your account to others. If you find that your account is being used illegally
by others, please notify Felha immediately. In the internet environment, circumstances such as hacking or user
negligence leading to illegal use of accounts cannot be ruled out. Such circumstances are not related to
Felha.
5. Your rights and choices:
• Opt out of personalized advertising: You can go to [Privacy] or [Google] in [Settings] on your device, select
[Ads] and turn on [Disable Ads Personalization] (the specific path varies by device). This will reset your
advertising ID and opt you out of interest-based advertising;
• Analytics data control: You can choose whether to consent to our collection of data for analytics purposes
through our consent management platform when you first launch the App;
• Right to Data Access and Data Portability:To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to obtain a copy of your
personal data held by us. For data you have actively provided, you may request an export by contacting
customer support. We will provide the relevant data copy in a common electronic format (e.g., CSV, JSON)
within a reasonable period, unless otherwise provided by law or technically infeasible.
• Automated Decision‑Making and Right to Object:To maintain platform security and community order, we may use automated systems to detect abnormal
behavior, fraudulent activities, or prohibited content, including but not limited to account risk
identification, unusual login detection, and prohibited content review. When an automated decision may
materially affect your rights or interests (e.g., account restrictions, bans, content removal), you have the
right to lodge an objection through customer support channels and request a manual review.
6. If you believe that personal information within the Felha APP needs to be deleted, you can contact customer
service through the Felha APP or delete it by deactivating your account. User data includes personal
information such as gender, age, or other identity information.After you delete your account, we will delete
or anonymise your personal data within the minimum period required by applicable laws and regulations, unless
otherwise stipulated by law or requested by regulatory authorities.
7. Please take reasonable measures to further protect your information security.
8. To comply with the data minimisation principle and protect user privacy, Felha sets different retention
periods for different types of data based on functional needs and legal requirements:
• Chat text messages: retained for 30 days by default, after which they are automatically deleted or
anonymised;
• Media content (images, voice, etc.): retained for 7–30 days by default, depending on the specific business
context;
• Logs and security audit data: retained for 6 months to 1 year by default for security analysis,
anti‑fraud, and troubleshooting;
• Basic account information: retained for as long as the account is active, and deleted or anonymised within a
reasonable period after account deletion;
• Where laws or regulations require a different retention period, we will comply with such legal
requirements.
When data exceeds the retention period, we will delete, anonymise, or de‑identify it accordingly.
5. Payment Information Explanation
When a user makes a purchase within this app, the payment will be completed through a third-party payment
service (Google Play Billing).
During the payment process, this app may obtain necessary information related to the order, including but not
limited to:
Transaction identifiers (such as order number, transaction ID)
Device and system information (for security verification)
This app does not collect, store, or process users' bank card numbers, payment passwords, or other financial
account information.
All payment information is processed by Google Play in accordance with its privacy policy and security
guidelines.
We only use payment-related information for the following purposes:
Distributing corresponding virtual goods or benefits
Handling user inquiries and after-sales support
Preventing fraud and ensuring transaction security
1. All content within the Felha APP, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, etc., is protected
by intellectual property laws and regulations. Without authorization, you may not use, disseminate, reproduce,
modify, etc., these contents on your own.
2. Felha respects intellectual property rights and has established the following policy for addressing
intellectual property infringement involving its products/services. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement: If you believe any material or content in the Felha APP infringes copyright, trademark, patent, or
trade secret rights (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), please send a notice of intellectual property
infringement to Felha's agent, accompanied by a hand-written signature of the alleged intellectual property
owner.
3. Clearly identify the allegedly infringing material, including its location within the Felha application, and
provide sufficiently detailed information to allow Felha to locate and verify the material. State your desire
for the allegedly infringing material to be removed.
4. Provide contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. You declare that you have a good faith belief that the use in question is not authorized by the intellectual
property owner, its agent, or the law.
6. You declare that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner of the intellectual
property or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner, under penalty of perjury.
7. You agree to indemnify Felha for any losses related to any false or incorrect information in the
aforementioned statement.
8. If you receive an intellectual property warning from Felha, please contact the designated agent below for
further discussion and clarification. Felha will handle the issue according to Felha's designated
policies/terms and conditions.

areas, any information you publish will become public information. Therefore, Felha reminds you and asks you
